
The General School program at The School of Toronto Dance Theatre is designed for individuals who are looking to increase their fitness level and have fun! Participants experience increased strength, flexibility, and endurance, as well as improved body awareness and self-confidence. Students learn from renowned teachers and dance to live accompaniment.
