Conditions:
Please complete this printable registration form (in PDF format) and mail or fax to the School with full payment for the appropriate course. Cheques can be made payable to The School of Toronto Dance Theatre.
All fees are due upon registration.

For Early Steps classes, children must be at least 3 years of age by the first class.

Refunds will only be granted if requested on or before October 1 (semester one) and on or before January 28 (semester two). The amount of the refund will be for the number of classes remaining in the semester. Please note there is a non-refundable $25.00 registration fee included in the price of all semester fees. After these withdrawal dates, refunds will only be granted in exceptional cases, to be determined by the School.

Physical activity carries with it risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. Participation in classes offered at the School is voluntary and each participant knowingly assumes all risks associated with their own participation.
